I use Thunderbird for 3 e-mail addresses. 1 is my personal e-mail address 1 is my work e-mail address 1 is my gmail-address

Using my personal e-mail addres I can send an e-mail to a particular address and it arrives in good order. Using my g-mail address I can do the same with the same result. Using my company mail account, however, messages do not arrive. I have no problem sending mail to any other address, just with this particular address things do not work.

If I ping the e-mail address I get the correct IP.

My company address is on our own server, the receiver's e-mail address is on another server with the same ISP. I have contacted the ISP to find out whether it was an incorrect setting that caused the problem. They checked and confirmed that all settings are correct. They also sent e-mails from various sides and each and everyone arrived in good order. So their point of view is that it is my e-mail client is causing the problem.
