To Whom this may concern, I am very unhappy with dwhelper. It highjacks my files as I enter them into my computer. I have had my computer worked on which cost me as a result of this, and it is still a disaster, doing the same thing. It still puts itself in the address of my downloads, and grabs everthing that I download, not just music. This keeps me from using Firefox, which I really liked before. When I began to use the little icon in the right hand side of my window in Firefox, to download music, from what I can remember, I was asked where to file the downloads. It takes ALL of my downloads now and stores them into a file which includes that address. This is my desktop files, which I use to download things. DWHELPER is a part of that file address and I can not control it, keep it from taking them. I so much want to get rid of this problem, but as it continues, I will no longer use Firefox, but go to Google unless an easy solution is found. I would actually appreciate some simple solution sent to me from you on how to rid myself of this “virus” like problem. It seems to me that I am not the only one either. How do I uninstall it? I tried to fix it using google search and there are many others in the same boat. You are loosing your customer because of dwhelper's virus like properties, and lack of ease in using it and riding oneself of it afterward if they want to. Please send/ forward this message on to your top administration in function and future planning and have them write back to me. Also, a response from you would be greatly appreciated.
