Pixelated anomalies appear when logged onto Facebook: advice?

See question above. The anomalies appear only when logged into FB with Firefox. Have logged into FB with Chrome and IE and the issue does not occur. Some incidents are worse than others and sometimes the anomalies will transfer to desktop. (Refer to screenshot) Have cleared all temporary files, changed passwords, and re-installed Firefox browser with no results. To reiterate, this only occurs with FB.

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
