Why do the updates keep repeating?

Current update is 38.1. It has come up twice this morning for an update. I have done it once already. This is not the first time. Several updates have done this.

For some reason the update isn't getting installed, and hasn't been for quite awhile. This forum shows that you used Firefox 35.0 to post here.
