my talktalk emails have not updated for 3 months

Something happened inJ anuary 2015 that stopped my talktalk emails from updating. Talktalk blamed Mozilla/Firefox, so I have not been able to resolve this issue. I have never had problems with Firefox before.

I can get them through Google etc but the facilities are not as good as Firefox.

Can you help please/ thanks.
