Hi I'm using Firefox 37.02 but it constantly freezes on mac running 10.10.3, I have reset it and tried safe mode but with same result. Hope you can help. Regards Simon

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe web sites. Is the problem still there?

Try to disable IPv6 (check for other possible causes as well).
