Dear admins,

I have updated my Mozilla Firefox Beta yesterday and I am facing crashes quite often since then. The crash doesn't appear straight away after I start my Firefox, it appears randomly. Obviously, the issue is with the latest version as it never happened before the update.

So please please please sort it out because it is really annoying or I will have to uninstall it and use some other browsers.

I will look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,

Gintautas Nikolskis

We're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

Hello,

I'm afraid the link I was given just opens loads of other links for AMD and there is no option to update anything in there.

I need more specified solution for my crashing problems. As I said before, it started crashing after the latest update so there is obviously Firefox issues rather than my PC.

I will look forward to hearing from you.
