are you using any programs or tools (vpn) etc. that are interfering with your network connection?

no. and all of a sudden started this crashes. :(

can you create a log file with the tool from http://sourceforge.net/projects/hjt/, copy its contents to a site like http://pastebin.mozilla.org/ and provide a link to it here in the forum? thanks...

thank you, nothing too suspicious is showing there (expect a few ie search pre-sets) and this line

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Video Performer63600.exe] "C:\Users\Guzgan\AppData\Local\Temp\Video Performer63600.exe" /XML="C:\Users\Guzgan\AppData\Local\Temp\4AB6.tmp" /STP=0:2

there may be a small chance that the firefox 37 beta 6 version that is going to be released tomorrow and contains a fix for a networking issue could address this kind of crash (that's also network-related) as well...

hi again, can you try if the issue is still reproducible when you download and install firefox 37 beta 6 from this link: ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/37.0b6/win32/
