No way to get it on the Add Ons toolbar? Showing the bookmarks bar takes up screen space; I don't use the bookmarks toobar at all.

There is no tinyurl AddOn.

Why can't I drag whatever thing I desire onto the addon bar?

There is no add-ons toolbar, per say.

Type about:customizing<enter> in the address bar. In the new window, look for the icon. When you find it, hold down the left button on it, and move it to where you want it to be. You can move any of the icons you want from here, but some icons are locked in place.

TinyURL does not appear in the AddOns Customization page at all.

And it does not appear in the Bookmarks Bar when that Customize page is open, so I cannot try to drag it to the "upper" bar.

Speaking of Customization-- when that page is open, Hovering over an icon FAILS to show the text description of the icon. Its a real pain in the ass not being able to verify which icon I am about to drag. On screen, they are just unidentifiable tiny blobs of color, and the only way I can use them is to memorize the location of the blob, or use the text description via Hovering.
