I have had problems with Firefox not 'opening' so I have uninstalled and am trying to re-install it but it is not installing. I have cleared my browsing history. I am using Windows 8.1. Is there a different download for it?

hi catlover25, please see if it is working correctly with the full installer instead that can be obtained from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/
