Auto-complete not providing proper response

When entering the first letter of an email addr, incorrect emails addresses appear. For example, if I enter the letter s, Helen appears. This is very annoying. Is it a bug and can it be fixed.

Also, there is a problem with my Trash Folder. When I delete an email, it disappears completely. I have checked my settings and they are correct. Is this another bug.

Please Help.

bugs, typing S will produce all address book records with S in the name, nickname or the address. This is a result of a decision to change from starts with to contains.

With regard your second issue, have you compacted your folders recently.... it is on the File menu.,
