How to display the horn icon on tab playing voice/video

There was a feature in FF 30 or 31. When the web page plays video/voice, the tab will show an icon of a horn, just like latest Chrome.

I liked this feature so much. But somehow the feature disappears in recent updates. No more icons! How can I find it back? This features is so useful.
