releases.mozilla.org mirrors was done away with some time ago. IIRC, that happened in Dec 2012.

Maybe one of the Admins here will have more information later today.

The Mirrors page has been archived. http://www-archive.mozilla.org/mirrors.html

They have since been doing CDN like for example http://download.cdn.mozilla.net/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/
