Problems with Firefox 30.0

more options

Since Firefox 30.0 was installed in mid-June I have recurring problems with malicious software.

This software gets installed on my computer when I start Firefox (30.0). I see that the files are loaded after e.g. Google (I use Google as start page). The software is called Deeal and comes from Kreapixel Inc. They install a file called Background.html that creates huge advertisements banner across Firefox.

As soon as I see it installed, I of course deinstall it. But I want to get rid of that problem. It must be connected somehow to Firefox 30.0 but I can't see how. I have checked adds-on etc. but no sign of Deeal and Kreapixel.

Can someone help me to get rid of this problem?

Looks like Malware that came with a Webplayer Tool of some sort. http://www.shouldiremoveit.com/WebplayerTool-33685-program.aspx http://www.antivirus-blog.com/removal-guides/remove-kreapixel-virus/

That 2nd article provides instructions for removal.

See:

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.

Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.

Thanks! Adwcleaner seems to have done the job.

It can be because of the malware attack which may get inside your system through the software download. You can easily remove, stop, uninstall, or delete with the help of the manual process for removal of threats. You can see the manual process of removal sof threats from Here:
