I use the same e-mail address at the all of my devices: desktops, tablet, smartphones. Only Jiayu G4S (Android 4.2.2) is not synchronised! The system informs me that FireFox has been faced with problem, the mistake has occured, the application will be stoped.

I am really excited to hear that this device has Firefox for Android on it. Currently it is not on our list: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/will-firefox-work-my-mobile-device It should work on an AMX c7 as well.

Please try to reinstall Firefox for Android and remove the sync account. Re add the sync account and please post back with the results.

Of course I have tried to re-instal Firefox several times but in vain. Right now I have repeated everything again: I have deleted Firefox account, deleted Firefox, instaled Firefox and tried to create Firefox account - the same result - "the mistake occurs..." Anyway thanks a lot for your participation. Ilya

Of course, this is puzzling too. If you are ok with troubleshooting further, can you please check your sync settings in your Data settings of the mobile device. What are the options here? Wifi sync and data?
