Cannot use my password for email. How do I reset it?
I have used the same password for emails for two years and now if I attempt to send or receive email it says to enter my password. I have tried repeatedly but still does not work. I went to the toolbar>options>passwords>saved passwords and tried to use the show passwords but that key was not active.

You have to change your password with your email provider. Go to their web mail or email help page and look for a link to reset your password. When you have a working password here is how to remove and replace the stored passwords in Thunderbird.
