Hi, I have spent hours working on a document that I opened from an attachment. I stupidly just hit control s instead of saving. Now, it isn't in my downloads or my temp internet folders, and the file won't open from recent downloads/Control j. Firefox upgraded just after I closed the document.

Is it really gone????
