When cookies are deleted you really cant get them back.

See: Cookies - Information that websites store on your computer

Most cookies dont store lots of info.

I'm not aware of any way to get deleted cookies back.

Usually logging back into a site gets back most information associated with cookies. However, some locally stored settings might be lost.

If you were carrying these same cookies for a long time, you might be able to use Windows' "previous versions" feature to recover an earlier cookie database (cookies.sqlite). But there's a high enough chance of mismatched values that this might make it worse.

Oh wait, when I search for how to do this in Windows 8, I find that it was removed: Previous versions UI removed for local volumes (Windows). Sigh.
