I'm not aware of any way to get deleted cookies back. Usually logging back into a site gets back most information associated with cookies. However, some locally stored settings might be lost. ---- If you were carrying these same cookies for a long time, you might be able to use Windows' "previous versions" feature to recover an earlier cookie database (cookies.sqlite). But there's a high enough chance of mismatched values that this might make it worse.
