I am using the website TAB.COM.AU and it often comes up with an error window - There was a problem processing your request. Please refresh your browser-why??

I use this site all day and do not log out but if not used for a short time an error window comes up with the message "There was a problem processing your request. Please refresh your browser". This usually works if I click on the refresh icon but often it is very slow. Why does this happen every day? It doesn't happen on any other website. Why only on this site?
