Hi, when I try and open Firefox on my MacBook it starts with the 'Crash Reporter', I click on 'Quit Firefox' or 'Restart' and nothing happens, just keeps doing the same as above and opening the 'Crash Reporter'...please help.

Hi Tobbi,
I looked at the link but I'm still stuck...I can't even open Firefox in safe mode? How do i give you a crash ID when I get to the location bar?
