Firefox crashes
I am unable to open my firefox ... not even in safemode. When I click on Firefox I get a crash report screen ... I then hit submit report and another crash report screen pops up. I was forced to use internet explorer to troubleshoot.

The crash is/was a number 3 top crasher in Firefox 9, but hardly any crashes with that signature seem to appear in Firefox 10.0.2
I suggest you upgrade to the latest Release which currently is Firefox 10.0.2 and may be downloaded from
if the crashes contine then please read the article firefox crashes and follow the tips given. Please then pasteinto your next post a couple of crashIDsoobtained from Firefox 10.0.2 whilst used in safe mode
