Hi davec1,

Have you looked at the Knowledge Base article Fix printing problems in Firefox? There is some good troubleshooting information in there. I would suggest that you try resetting your print settings.

You could also try starting Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox. If you don't have the issue while all of your add-ons, extensions, and themes are disabled, you can try adding them back in one by one until you find the culprit. The Extensions and Themes Knowledge base article will help.
