Pages scrolls to random section on load
For some reason, some pages will scroll to a random section of a page when I first open it. I have not been able to find a real pattern to it either. In the page listed below, it scrolls down to a comment made by Jack, even though the url given shows it should open at the top of the page. I have disabled all my extensions and the problem is still there. Other pages can trigger this issue as well.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
