I cannot import bookmarks because I don't have the "File>Import" command in my drop down menu.

To import bookmarks from another application, you must use the drop down menu command "File>Import". I don't have that command in my menu in Firefox.

The Import function has been moved to Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks (opens the Library window), then in the Library window Import and Backup > Import Data from Another Browser
