How do I get rid of the blue bar?
After a problem with firefox not loading pages, I had to do a clean install, getting rid of all my settings. I have a problem with the window bar at the top, and can't find the correct setting to get rid of it. I had this on firefox before I had to clean re-install.

In the image the blue bar is clear, right at the top of the screen. That was gone previously, and the orange firefox button was still visible next to the address bar.

If you run Firefox maximized and place the tab bar at the top then the tab bar will appear in the title bar.
