On the Mac with Lion and latest version of Firefox. Bookmark bar is filed and I am attempting to add a new tool bar to use with a specific set of bookmarks.

After adding a new tool bar from the Customize menu, I can find no indication that anything has happened.

I have the answer. I had failed to add to the new toolbar before closing the customize window. Without this step the toolbar is not created.
