But from what I see you have an excess of toolbars. Try disabling them and search Google for problems with them. You can start with Conduit Engine - a regular troublemaker.

You might also try disabling Hardware Acceleration - Options>Advanced>General>Browsing>uncheck "Use Hardware Acceleration..." If this improves things leave it disabled or try updating your graphics card.

I'm afraid that's all from me. I do hope you've got rid of some of your Conduit and some of your toolbars. It sounded like a monitor problem but if it works in other browsers . . .
