My history is not saving when I turn off my computer & restart. I loose usernames, passwords, & webites. My bookmarks are also not saving. Also my search box does not work you type something in and press the button and nothing happens. This is not happening on other internet search engines just Firefox.

Make sure that you do not use Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox to clear the those items if you close Firefox.

If you use cleanup software like CCleaner then check the settings for the Firefox application
