I am facing an unusual problem with flash videos on some web sites like jamplay.com - the audio works fine, but the video is choppy. I am using v3.6.12 with flash plugin 10 and my OS is Vista.

These web sites were working fine till maybe a month ago, so I might have installed some update which is causing this. The same web sites work fine with IE and Google Chrome. Also, I am not facing an problem with youtube videos.
