There are no tabs on the advanced options window

Question is kinda self-explanatory. I click on Tools>Options. There's supposed to be four tabs (General, Network, Update, Encryption) when I go to the advanced panel, but there are no tabs for me. It apparently just shows the options from general tabs.

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
