Recently, I started having problems with my Schwab online account. On the top of my page, I have more then one account, and I use to be able to click on that, get a pull down menu and then choose another account. I contacted Schwab and they had my clear my cache and cookies but it still happens. I get this error every time I try to use the pull down menu. Now this works just fine in Safari, so I'm thinking it is an error in Firefox.

If you need to login twice then that is usually a problem with cookies. You can try a test and start Firefox in Private Browsing - Use Firefox without saving history mode to see if that works.

If clearing the cookies doesn't help then it is possible that the file cookies.sqlite that stores the cookies is corrupted. You can rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete cookies.sqlite-journal and cookies.txt, if they exist, in the Profile Folder in case cookies.sqlite got corrupted.
