I cleared cache but the temporary internet files are still sitting in this folder:C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Temp. It is getting bigger and bigger. Please tell me how to delete all of them in regular basics same like it available in IE?

That is not the location of the Firefox cache, but the location that Windows uses for temporary files. Firefox saves files that are passed to external programs or plugins in that location. You will have to cleanup files in the %TEMP% folder yourself or let Windows do that regularly.
You can see the Firefox cache usage and location on the about:cache page (open that page via the location bar like a website).
