why isn't the VPN working

Hello,

First, make sure you haven't topped out your 50GB data limit for the VPN. If it is exceeded, it pauses.

Next, try signing in and out of your mozilla account in firefox to re-authenticate your session.

If not, check if you are enrolled in a study (about:studies), and if you are, you are potentially in a study that blocks vpn for the time being.

Next, if you are in a company or business, check about:policies to see if vpn is disabled. (IPProtectionAvailable).

Lastly, Firefox VPN protects browser traffic only.
