I am using Firefox to conduct Securus Jpay video connect visits and recently I can't join session because the downloaded VRE client won't loadn't load VRE client won't loadvideo visits

I am using Firefox to conduct Securus Jpay video connect visits and I have been unable to join a scheduled session due to what I believe is failure of the downloaded VRE client to load. When I do a precall test, everything, including the VRE client works correctly and I'm told that I will be able to run a session successfully. However, just as the video connect visit is about to begin, I am told to download the VRE client to continue. I have don't this multiple times, deleting each prior download and re-doing the download +installation. It's been very frustrating and I've tried everything. Up until about 2 weeks ago, everything was working smoothly. I'm stumped. Please help. thank you.
