Although I paid for the VideoDownload Helper Ultimate (30US dollars) just last February 2026. it is not working!
The three colors (blue,red,yellow) icon of the VDH keeps failing to show in the toolbar of my PC ; therefore I am not able to download plying videos from my PC. So far following instructions from your company, it works for some 12hours only and stops! I have paid 30 US dollars for this last February26; what can I do?

People are welcome to try an get basic help with extensions here though your specific question is not going to get help here with.
