I am no longer able to send an article or something downloaded from the internet, via the email option offered, because I just get my own email sign-in box in the past and I want to be able to use this option again. Please tell me if there is a setting that's been changed. Thanks.

Hello,

Could you please give some more details about the steps you follow to "send an article or something downloaded from the internet via the email option offered", and also add a screenshot of the page you get?

I'm sorry I'm just not able to do as Denys requested, i.e. insert screen shots of a sample page from an Internet article that offers an envelope icon as one option to forward the article via email, and the page that comes up when I choose that option. The problem is that even though I seem to have the screen shot taken I'm not able to insert it (ctrl v) here. So I'll just repeat in case it helps identify the problem that what does come up is the page for me to sign in to my Shaw Webmail, which is ridiculous because I already have it open. What I want to come up is the box that allows me to insert the email address of the person to receive the article.

However, I have since discovered that if I use Chrome instead of Firefox I can successfully accomplish this so whenever I want to forward something like an article or recipe, I'll just open Chrome to do it. If you can fix this problem for someone else because I did see someone else said they had the same problem, that would be great but I won't hold my breath. Thank you.

Lorna
