Bookmarks toolbar appearing on existing tabs when bookmarks added, despite being set to only show on new tab.
I've set the bookmarks toolbar to only show on new tab. I don't want it to behave otherwise, that's why I set it to that. Yet it is behaving otherwise. It appears on a not-new tab, whenever I add a new bookmark to it. This seems to be incorrect behavior, that goes against user preferences. How do I get the toolbar to behave correctly, to honor the "Only show on New Tab" preference to the letter?
