Scroll all the way down in the Print dialog and disable 'Print headers and footers'.

FYI, you have to uncheck the dialog box on every printer. I use several printers throughout the day.

Thanks for confirming. But yea, I know it can be frustrating to do it over and over again if you're working with several printers.
