Hi Rod, you can easily bump up the size of text and images on web pages using the Default Zoom setting on the Settings/Preferences page. For more information, see:

However, that won't increase the size of menu or toolbar text in Firefox, just in web pages. Do you also need to increase the size of menu or toolbar text?
By the way, zoom is for the screen. For printouts to paper or PDF, you would using the scaling setting.
