It appears you are using the eol Windows 8.1 and a older Firefox 115 ESR version at 115.12.0esr
Firefox 115 ESR currently at 115.20.0esr (115.twenty.0esr) is the most current version you can run on Windows 8.1 as Firefox 116.0 and later versions requires Windows 10, 11 to run. Unless Mozilla decides to extend updates again in next while, the last planned update may be 115.21.0esr in March.
