I have had confirmation from BT my monthly payment for my emaill address has been paid and accepted. When I try to access my bt email , it will not allow me into BT, everything. Need help please.

Firefox browser isn't your email provider and you should try other browser to verify the issue is either site or browser related as well.

I have a similar problem, I have a talk21.com email address(now part of the BT empire) but I cannot access the account using Firefox, I can access it using Microsoft Edge. I would prefer to continue to use Firefox is there anyway to sort this out.
