Hi Raj, I don't know why you're having problems with installing that add-on (user have reported problems with it recently, but they related to not working on YouTube).

Do you have the same issue with other extensions?

As a test, reload the page so you get the Add to Firefox button again, then right-click > Save Link As... and see whether you can download the file.
