recently firefox has requested a password before i can use it i have changed the password because it kept saying wrong password and when i enter the current password it says wrong when i go to a mobile device it accepts the password

Is Firefox requesting a Primary Password? That is a separate password used to encrypt locally saved logins. Firefox may be asking for that when it goes to Sync because your Sync sign-in is saved in that file.
