multi account containers wiped out after sync

I set up a new installation of Firefox on a different computer and sync'd my account to it. This resulted in losing all of the multi-account container settings on my primary computer. Is there a way to restore these settings? I do have another computer that I have not used since syncing the new one, if that helps.

What could I have done differently to avoid this (possibly on my new device)? Thanks

NVM, they resync'd on all my devices and came back. I did not change anything on any of the devices but one took a full 24 hours to come back. I used it and did a sync with FireFox with no effect, then hours later, the containers were all back and seem to be working ok.
