Could be a problem with your ZoneAlarm security software as we have seem in the past that its keyboard scrambling feature isn't working properly in Firefox. You can try to disable the ZoneAlarm anti-keylogger feature.

This could be related to blocking the icsak.dll in Windows 11 in 116 because it was causing crashes.

problem solved turns out it was zone alarms keylogger software turned it off.
