Every time I turn on the computer, I am disconnected from sync, and i need to log in again. Is there a way i can prevent this disconnect? What does it mean when I am told that my browser is directed by my organization?

The credentials to login to the Sync account are stored in the Password Manager (Firefox does this automatically), so if you do not keep this login or if the Password Manager is not working otherwise then you need to login again.
