Could you explain your problem in more detail?

I believe your problem is an add-on that was changing your home page is no longer installed, but I can not determine which one.

Now only have search bars. Used to have a different picture every day with information about the picture below it as well as the search bars.

Bing has beautiful backgrounds daily and describes the backgrounds also.

Maybe you were using the Bing home page at https://www.bing.com/ ? (How to set the home page)

If you still have that page but the background images/videos are missing, that could be a display setting problem we need to help you sort out.
