My webcam worked fine with Chrome but since I changed to Firefox browser, I cannot show my video in a zoom meeting even though my Logitech HD webcam C16 camera shows that it is working on my desktop outside of the zoom meeting. The audio is fine both ways and I can see others' video. They cannot see my video. Help! Diana

I got a new camera and the problem is the same as described in my earlier post above. I tested the new camera at the Zoom website and both mic and video were working but when I join a Zoom meeting my video does not show. I've gone through settings and did a restart with no improvement. I'm stuck! Diana
