It is a video stream from a camera.

If the video plays on the screen whatever the protocol should i be able to place it in picture in picture.

Does it work if you force the PiP toggle icon ?

That did not work. I tried another streaming device and it also did not result in the option to select PIP. One of the apps is IP web cam for Android.
