How can I get my old firefox back?! I have adjusted and personalized it for months if not years and now after the last update everthing is diffrent and much of it gone! Part of my bookmarks are gone, most of my addons are gone, many of my searchmachines are gone, my buttons are eather gone or in a diffrent place, my session chronic is gone, my master password is gone,

WHERE is the RESET OPTION! The GO BACK TO OLD VERSION OPTION!

How can I get my old firefox back?! I have adjusted and personalized it for months if not years and now after the last update everthing is diffrent and much of it gone! Part of my bookmarks are gone, most of my addons are gone, many of my searchmachines are gone, my buttons are eather gone or in a diffrent place, my session chronic is gone, my master password is gone, WHERE is the RESET OPTION! The GO BACK TO OLD VERSION OPTION!

The reset will reset the profile. Not return to a prior version.


Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox? Look inside. Look for the folder with the latest creation date.

Type about:profiles<enter> in the address bar. How many profiles are listed? How many should be there? Also, open the profile folder in your file explorer.
